Texas' opponents will have a tough time scoring if the Longhorns continue to swat the basketball into their faces.

Four star linebacker Jarvis Jones had a painful end to his senior season after he broke his left hand in three places three weeks ago. His season officially came to an end when he elected to have surgery on Monday. Jones shared his thoughts on Texas and its decision to announce that defensive coordinator Will Muschamp is Head Coach in Waiting.

The Duncanville Panthers are the #1 basketball team in the country. With that lofty status come tough expectations. On the first day of the 2008 McDonald’s Texas Invitational played in Houston and Pasadena, Duncanville came out firing showing exactly why they are not only the team to beat in the country. Future Texas Longhorn Shawn Williams led the way for the Panthers on Thursday.
