On the heels of a gutty, five-set road win over Texas Tech on Wednesday, the Baylor volleyball team returns home today to host Missouri at 7 p.m.

Jhasmin Player and Melissa Jones each scored 13 points, Rachel Allison added 11, and No. 10 Baylor beat Stephen F. Austin 77-42 on Friday night. Stephen F. Austin (2-1) scored first on Tammara Marion's jumper, but the Lady Bears then went on 28-1 run over the next 14 minutes to put away the game.

The No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs overpowered the fourth-ranked Lady Bears 16-4. Georgia's riders swept MVP honors in all events and improved their record to 6-1. The Lady Bears will be back in action Jan. 31 with a double-header against Delaware and Southern Methodist.

The Baylor volleyball team returns home this weekend as the Bears play host to Missouri on Saturday night at 7 p.m. at the Ferrell Center. The Bears are coming off a 3-2 come-from-behind win on the road at Texas Tech on Wednesday night.
